Laughing Festival

A crazy make-upped pierrot appears and shout out loud "Laugh, come on, laugh!"
Audiences get surprised and burst to laughing.
Chinese characters that means laugh are written in red on the pierrot's cheeks.
In Japan they say that laughter brings happiness.
